Blueberry Pie with Cinnamon Lattice Crust
Over the Labor Day Weekend I took one look at the fresh blueberries at the farmer’s market and I knew I had to make a pie. The berries jumbo-sized, sweet and ripe with flavor. Later that day, while searching for my favorite Pate Brisée recipe, I came across another wonderful recipe in the Silver Palate Cookbook, Blueberry Pie with Cinnamon Lattice Crust.
