Pour a few tablespoons of sumac on a small plate. Rub the rim of a Collins glass with a wedge of lime to moisten the rim, then dip the rim in the sumac, coating it evenly. Next, Pour the vodka, lime juice and cherry juice into the prepared glass. Stir until well blended. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour ginger beer over. Stir gently to combine. Finally, garnish the glass with a slice of lime and a Luxardo cherry. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
